• About Us • Monarch is a premier way to manage finances, with passionate founders and a fully-remote team. • The Role involves enhancing user acquisition, onboarding, and retention experiences for Monarch.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with (or willingness to gain experience with) Python, JavaScript, TypeScript and React. • Strong product intuition and a passion for building consumer experiences users love, backed by strong quantitative and qualitative understanding of product experiences. • Experience helping design and implement A/B tests for products. • Bias towards action, and good instinct to decide on the appropriate level of rigor/effort for experiments (when to cut corners, when to invest for the future). • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where autonomy and experimentation are key. • Excellent communication skills, especially with non-technical colleagues (including marketing, product, design, and data science). • (Nice to have) Experience building consumer subscription products. • (Nice to have) Experience with fintech.
