📋 Description

We've built a product users love, but to get the benefit of Monarch, users have to find out we exist, sign up, and successfully onboard. As a Tech Lead for our Growth team, you will lead technical direction while managing and mentoring a team of engineers focused on building product experiences that help Monarch reach more users and guide them through the path to financial success.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in a technical leadership role Strong coding skills in Python, TypeScript, and React Experience mentoring and developing engineers Technical vision and ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term architectural goals Strong product intuition and a passion for building consumer experiences users love, backed by strong quantitative and qualitative understanding of product experiences Experience designing and implementing A/B testing frameworks, experimentation infrastructure, and robust internal analytics Bias towards action, and good instinct to decide on the appropriate level of rigor/effort for experiments (when to cut corners, when to invest for the future) Excellent communication skills, especially with non-technical colleagues (including marketing, product, design, and data science) (Nice to have) Experience building consumer subscription products (Nice to have) Experience with fintech (Nice to have) Experience with analytics tooling
