Description

• Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking at Mondelēz International • Fulfill merchandising needs through communication & relationship building • Stock store shelves and maintain displays of world-famous brands like Oreo and Ritz • Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives • Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps • Order product for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions • Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented and maintained • Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager for efficient in-store service • Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches • Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance • Positive and professional attitude, self-motivated, ability to work independently • Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed) • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs • Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs • Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus • Live within 25 miles range from the primary location
