Description

• Provide hands-on support during product setup, configuration, and integration. • Investigate customer challenges, ensure their concerns are heard, and proactively address issues. • Guide customers toward best practices to maximize the value of the MonetizeNow platform. • Solve customer needs with innovative, actionable solutions. • Collaborate with CX Leads, Product, and Engineering to represent the voice of the customer. • Contribute to customer documentation and create scalable solutions to improve support. • Perform analysis and implement solutions using tools like SQL, TypeScript, or Python. • Write and deploy small fixes or enhancements in production to address bugs or improve functionality. • Delve into processes across our product suite, including - Java/Kotlin codebase, JavaScript/React frontend and integrated connectors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 3+ years in a solutions engineering, technical consulting, or similar role. • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud-based software solutions. • Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript. • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM data object models. • Basic knowledge of networking, databases, and system architecture. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain customer relationships. • Proactive problem-solving mindset with a resourceful and self-driven approach. • Passion for learning and developing expertise in the FinTech stack. • Experience working with remote teams on complex software implementations.
