• Moneturn is a new and ambitious marketing agency on a mission to help brands create a lasting legacy of success in the digital world. • We offer a comprehensive suite of services designed to propel brands to new heights including SEO, PPC, social media management, content creation, and much more. • We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Head of PPC to join our team. • The role comes with the responsibility of looking after a small team across a digital media company. • As a growing company, the responsibilities will be varied, and this role will be right for you if you are able to work at a strategic & managerial level in marketing. • You must be proactive, decisive, and comfortable working autonomously. • Ownership of marketing performance across PPC. • Planning & creating PPC marketing strategies & plans to meet agreed objectives and KPIs. • Delivering upon the PPC marketing plan & strategy. • Line management of a small marketing team across PPC. • Strategising, planning & delivering upon marketing initiatives to grow performance. • Driving and empowering the team to create a high performing marketing team. • Setting team goals and workflows to meet agreed company goals. • Ownership of marketing team performance and growth. • Analysis of company performance and funnel to derive improvements and new initiatives. • Reporting on performance in line with KPIs.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a PPC focused role • Demonstrable small team managerial experience • A solid understanding of PPC and experience delivering PPC campaigns • Deep understanding of marketing funnels, and how to improve them • Strong commercial acumen and data analysis skills • Ability to work autonomously and own projects from start to finish • Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and manage a large workload • Knowledge of SEO & PPC tools such as Google Analytics / SEMrush • Experience in affiliate marketing • Great communicator of critical information
