Description

• Monite lets neobanks or B2B SaaS companies embed invoicing, AP automation, and other functionalities in 3-5 weeks. • We’re building a company like Stripe but focused on finance automation. • We are looking for a passionate Finance Manager to support financial initiatives.

Requirements

• Successfully completed university degree with a focus on finance/accounting or a comparable qualification (e.g. Steuerfachangestellte(r) or Buchhalter(in)) • At least 2 years of relevant working experience with university degree or alternatively 3+ years of relevant working experience in case of a comparable qualification • Sound knowledge of accounting regulations (HGB/IFRS/US-GAAP is a plus) • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to communicate with professionals at all levels • Highly organised with great attention to detail • Excellent time management skills with a problem-solving attitude • Proficient user of MS Office, especially MS Excel (Lucanet or Power BI is a plus) • Full professional working proficiency in English (German/Spanish is a plus)
