📋 Description

• Prepare financial statements for clients in accordance with calendars. • Support internal and external reviews of financial documents. • Manage communications with fund accounting teams and external auditors. • Schedule and facilitate meetings for client deliverables. • Contribute to the preparation of Board related materials and annual prospectus updates. • Resolve open issues and questions by communicating with internal and client teams. • Attend professional development sessions to identify process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• BA / BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent work experience. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mutual fund or alternative investment funds industry. • Experience with financial statement preparation preferred. • Strong accounting and financial reporting skills are preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. • Self-motivation and drive to handle multiple client deliverables without sacrificing excellence or quality. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Strong customer service skills.
