Requirements

β€’ 5-7 years of professional experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in account management or customer success. β€’ 5-7 years of experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies or equivalent platforms like AWS. β€’ Proven ability to manage a large customer base effectively. β€’ Strong ability to handle technical conversations and effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
