• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or equivalent practical experience - MBA preferred. • 5+ years of experience in program management or equivalent role managing independent or cross functional projects – Experience working in or adjacent to Marketing or Sales Field teams a huge plus. • Proven ability to manage and lead large scale projects and growth initiatives. • Experience with managing, leading, and supporting robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • 5+ years working with payment processors, payment integration, recurring billing programs, e-commerce teams, digital licenses, and/or telcos. • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. • Excellent Project and Process management skills. • Outstanding, demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful or ambiguous environment. • Ability to remain flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas and have a strong customer focus. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. • Knowledge of PM software a plus.
