β’ Identify potential customers through various channels, including warm calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry events. β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts, understanding their needs and introducing them to the companyβs solutions. β’ Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and update Zoho CRM with relevant details. β’ Implement follow-up strategies to engage leads and move them through the sales funnel, setting up appointments for the outside sales team. β’ Work closely with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies and ensure a smooth lead transition to the sales team. β’ Keep up with market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities in the industrial automation and technology space.
β’ Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred. β’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to confidently engage with potential clients. β’ High energy, self-motivated, and eager to take initiative in a dynamic environment. β’ Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. β’ Basic understanding of sales processes, lead generation techniques, and CRM platforms (experience with Zoho CRM is a plus!). β’ Interest in industrial automation, manufacturing, or technology solutions is a plus!
