•Support the Engineering & Engineering Leadership team •Schedule all candidate interviews •Provide an amazing experience for candidates during their interview process •Manage candidate travel and relocation •Do the onboarding admin for new hires •Kick off & monitor background checks •Work with People Operations & People Experience •Work on projects to improve hiring processes

Requirements

•Experience in a senior administration, Executive or Personal Assistant or coordination role •Genuine passion for hiring coordination and scheduling interviews •Highly organised with great attention to detail •Experience working with high growth technology companies •Great communicator, both in person and in writing •Experience working with lots of stakeholders •Experience of working on lots of different requests & tasks at the same time •Comfortable dealing with shifting priorities and adaptable when things change
