Description

• Lead the marketing and product growth teams to develop and execute strategies driving user acquisition, retention, and monetization • Optimize paid acquisition channels, such as social media advertising and SEM • Manage lifecycle marketing to effectively engage customers at every stage of their journey and continuously deliver value • Utilize marketing analytics tools to track and report on performance metrics, ensuring learnings and insights are shared and understood across teams to enhance collaborative efforts • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth or revenue performance roles • Proven track record of driving user acquisition, retention, and monetization at scale • Experience managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to utilize data to drive decision-making • Experience with statistical testing and experimentation, including proficiency in various testing methods and a solid understanding of the underlying mathematical concepts • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and product analytics tools, such as Amplitude or equivalent • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to concisely communicate complex visions and report on growth performance to management • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
