• 5+ years of experience in product/marketing growth roles. • Proven track record of driving user acquisition, retention, and monetization at scale. • Experience managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns. • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to utilize data to drive decision-making. • Experience with statistical testing and experimentation, including proficiency in various testing methods and a solid understanding of the underlying mathematical concepts. • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and product analytics tools, such as Amplitude or equivalent. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to concisely communicate complex visions and report on growth performance to management. • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. • Bilingual (English, French)
