• The Meta Ad Builder / Junior Media Buyer will be responsible for the creation, management, and optimization of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns. • This role will involve close collaboration with the founder to execute ad strategies, build and schedule ads, and ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals. • The ideal candidate will have experience in Meta ad platforms and a strong understanding of eCommerce marketing. • This is a part-time position, initially requiring approximately 10 hours per week, with the potential to increase to 20 hours per week or more based on the company's growth and your performance. • Candidates should be flexible in their working hours to accommodate the needs of the business.
• Proven experience in building and managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads, particularly in the eCommerce space. • Previous experience as an ad buyer or in a similar digital marketing role is preferred. • Strong understanding of Meta ad platforms, including Ads Manager, Power Editor, and associated tools. • Familiarity with ad creative best practices, audience targeting, and A/B testing. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, growing environment.
