📋 Description

• Job Title: Social Media Manager • Location: Remote • Work Shift: PST hours (9 AM - 5 PM) • Working Hours: 40 hours/week (Full-time) • JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team! If you are passionate about social media marketing and have experience working with a variety of platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more, we'd love to hear from you. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating and curating engaging content, building relationships within our community, and contributing to the success of our marketing campaigns. • Responsibilities: Assist with all social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn and more) through the creation and curation of posts, captions, stories, videos, commenting on tagged and ambassador posts and more. • Engage with our business community through all social platforms • Creating and managing partnerships with affiliates and other complementary brands • Analyzing data from marketing campaigns • Posting across all social marketing platforms • Research on a regular basis to create ideas for new and innovative marketing and social media campaigns • Assisting with gathering data for marketing reports and supporting a variety of marketing and advertising programs • Creating campaigns to support the efforts of our business researching industry specific sites (blogs, forums, etc.) for product reviews, customer comments, and other relevant marketing information • Manage Tiktok Shop - accept sample requests, respond to affiliate messages, sign up for campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing or related fields. • Strong proficiency in TikTok and familiarity with TikTok Seller Center is highly preferred. • Experience in managing and growing social media communities across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). • Proficient in social media analytics and tools for campaign management. • Ability to create engaging, creative, and high-quality content (videos, posts, stories). • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects with a strong attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
