Description

• Deliver Salesforce.com and CRM implementation engagements • Gather business and technical requirements • Develop Salesforce implementation roadmap for clients • Execute and manage end-to-end solutions • Lead Salesforce assessments and optimizations • Map functional requirements to Salesforce.com features • Clearly communicate solution decisions • Identify project risks and recommend workarounds • Document fixes and ensure smooth Salesforce solutions • Support pre-sales activities • Shape the direction of Salesforce practice • Educate audiences on Salesforce best practices • Participate in staff career development and training.

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct full life cycle Salesforce implementation, upgrade, and support experience • Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting / professional services experience • Experience facilitating design and configuration of Salesforce • Experience with the following Salesforce cloud applications: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud (i.e., Salesforce CPQ) • Certifications in Salesforce.com and other cloud platforms • Great work ethic with a customer service focus (high intensity) • At least 4 years of experience leading solution architecture design (business architecture, process architecture, integration architecture, user experience, process improvement) • Ability to lead workshops, including the gathering/documenting of requirements and use-cases and recommendation of envisioned processes • Ability to assess functional and technical gaps in designs • Customer oriented and great at building client relationships • Flexibility to accommodate travel up to 25%.
