Description

• Work with developers and project managers to deliver scalable solutions • Architect and design new processes using Salesforce Lightning LWC framework • Implement SOAP and REST API services • Provide expert scalable solutions with Apex classes • Implement Batch and Schedulable Apex for large data sets • Perform root cause analysis for support issues • Showcase understanding of Salesforce data model • Automate business requirements with flows and process builders • Improve software development lifecycle with CI/CD • Oversee Salesforce support queue for employees • Perform data management tasks with Dataloader.io • Improve usability and document release notes • Advocate for best practices on the team

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud • Salesforce Service Cloud Certified Strongly Preferred • Salesforce Platform Dev 1 certification • Salesforce Platform Dev 2 certification • Familiar with Scrum and Agile methodologies • Proven experience with SFDC automation tools • Critical thinker, problem solver, and analytical • Trailhead Expeditioner or better • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with third-party applications: Marketo, DocuSign, Talkdesk, etc. • Experience with Salesforce/3rd-party ETL tools
