Description

• Proactively identify ideal targets and key prospects across MotiveMetrics’ key industry verticals • Create leads and drive initial introductions and meetings in order to build pipeline • Qualify opportunities and drive alignment between prospect requirements and MotiveMetrics solutions • Direct, manage and lead the strategy associated with sales execution throughout the sales cycle • Build and maintain strong relationships with executives, department leads and other stakeholders • Develop and deliver custom sales presentations and proposals • Manage early-stage, mid-stage and late-stage deals in order to hit pipeline and booking targets • Provide feedback across internal departments to ensure ongoing alignment with market needs

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial self-starter with SaaS sales experience • Takes initiative – treats sales pipe as person’s own “business within a business” • Rolls up sleeves, gets stuff done – "Mop or broom?" mentality • Values ownership and responsibility – focused on solutions rather than blame • Smart and competitive, driven by a desire to win both individually and as a team • Comfortable in high stakes situations, selling at any level within an organization • Strong communication skills – ability to articulate the business value of MotiveMetrics solutions to key executives, stakeholders and decision-makers • Coachable and open-minded – always learning, improving, and growing • Data-drive, solutions-oriented, creative and intellectually curious • 2-5+ years of outside sales experience with proven track record of success • Strong prospecting acumen • Consultative and solution-sales background with experience in managing complex sales cycles • Strong communication, presentation and negotiating skills • Ability to interpret business needs and technical requirements to identify solution alignment • SaaS, start-up and industry experience a plus
