Description

• Work on emerging customer-facing application • Create and manage account structures, identify and deploy new keywords, and generate winning ad copy at scale • Highly visible and customer-centric projects • Senior back end software engineer who cares about quality, business impact, and stability

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience in one or more general-purpose programming languages such as: Python, JavaScript, Ruby, or Go. • 3+ years experience designing, building, deploying, operating, scaling, testing, and evolving distributed systems • 1+ years experience as a mentor, tech lead and/or leading an engineering team • Knowledge of distributed systems design and implementation, large scale automation and workflow management • Experience using AWS including services like AWS ECS, Lambda & S3 • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD in a cloud environment • Experience using monitoring solutions like CloudWatch, Elastic APM, Datadog, and/or Prometheus • Experience writing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), using tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, and/or AWS CDK Nice to haves: • Experience with Google AdWords, Microsoft Advertising or Facebook Ads • Experience building Machine Learning systems
