• Lead complex and sensitive critical incident communications plans • Coordinate incident response communications with various internal stakeholders • Lead strategic projects to meet incident communications objectives • Create and maintain process documentation • Interact regularly with senior leaders for effective incident communications • Generate communications for multiple audience types • Lead high-profile company-wide meetings for emergency response coordination • Assist in connecting various teams for a coordinated response • Provide oversight, mentorship, and guidance to team members • Engage resources to resolve major incident communications challenges • Analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in incident management • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
