📋 Description
• Provide essential procurement and supplier expertise in strategic sourcing and category management • Deliver high quality, innovative cost-effective methodologies to support company and department objectives • Interface and foster a collaborative environment with cross functional teams • Lead and execute long term agreements through formal RFx methodologies • Analyze spend data and industry dynamics to identify, prioritize, and launch sourcing initiatives • Achieve savings goals • Establish positive relationships across business units • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and current gaps • Lead supplier contract renewals and leverage competitive pricing • Develop strategic relationships with suppliers • Identify process improvements to increase efficiencies • Provide guidance on business initiatives and procurement strategies • Coach and mentor procurement team members
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree • 5+ years of Procurement Category Management or relevant experience • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
