Description

• Motorola Solutions is building talent pipelines to meet future hiring demands. • This is a pipeline role, while there is not an immediate opening, we want to build relationships with prospective candidates like you. • If your background is a match to our requirements, we’ll follow up with an exploratory conversation. • This includes: gathering and prioritizing service and customer requirements; defining the service offer vision and strategy, collaborating with Product and other key work partners to deliver winning service offerings and solutions, and managing the service offer throughout its lifecycle. • Researches and identifies potential new products or service trends and evaluates their potential for success in the targeted marketplace. • Interprets customer & partner needs into new features and new service offerings through collaboration with customers, partners, product marketing, sales, engineering, finance, and other relevant departments. • Develops product planning direction and prioritizes the new product roadmap.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in business or a technical discipline such as engineering or computer science, MBA is preferred • Must have 3+ years of Services Product Management experience
