Description

• The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will partner with key stakeholders for data-driven decision making. • Reports to Associate Director of Analytics and provides high level cross-functional collaboration. • Own data and analysis availability and adoption for cross-functional leadership in the BI tool. • Support ad hoc requests for data and analysis, improving scalability and self-service drill-downs. • Deliver insight into business metrics, highlighting key trends and providing high-level commentary. • Collaborate with the Associate Director of Analytics to build a ‘data dictionary’. • Proactively identify and analyze opportunities to drive business improvements and share actionable insights.

Requirements

• 2+ years of business intelligence or business analytics experience. • Proficiency in SQL and a business intelligence tool (Tableau preferred). • Strategic thinker with experience translating quantitative measurements into operational understanding. • Strong attention to detail, with a history of producing defensible and accurate analyses. • Ability to prioritize deliverables and manage projects with multiple stakeholders. • Knowledge of SaaS and relevant industry metrics a plus.
