Description

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation focused on standardizing processes, configurations, and guidelines for our platform • Regularly audit and update existing documentation to align with platform upgrades and organizational changes • Collaborate with engineering, QA, training, and sales teams to write and update detailed technical documentation on both existing and new platform features • Translate complex technical information into clear, concise documentation that is accessible for internal stakeholders • Create release notes for new platform features, ensuring that internal teams and external stakeholders are informed

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Technical Writer (or similar role) in the technology field, showcasing a strong understanding of technical concepts, software development, and engineering processes, with more than 3 years of experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information effectively • Proficiency in software tools relevant to content creation and publishing • Collaboration & problem-solving skills, being able to work independently and collaboratively, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Adaptability, capable of working under pressure and handling tight deadlines, with experience in Agile development methodologies and knowledge of technology and software development tools
