• At Moxie, we empower entrepreneurs to launch, run, and grow their own aesthetics businesses with a combination of software and services. • We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Marketing Project Manager - Meta Operations to oversee and improve processes for Meta ad campaigns. • This role is essential for ensuring our marketing teams execute campaigns efficiently, with clear accountability, and aligned with our performance goals. • The Marketing Project Manager will also be responsible for developing and managing performance reports, providing critical insights to guide optimization efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, particularly within a marketing or advertising environment. • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including campaign tracking, optimization, and reporting. • Proficiency with Notion or other project management tools; experience managing databases and maintaining SOPs is a plus. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
