• At Moxie, we empower entrepreneurs to launch, run, and grow their own aesthetics businesses with a combination of software and services. • We are seeking an expert-level digital UI/UX Graphic Designer to join our creative team. • This role requires a designer who has a deep understanding of design aesthetics and user-centered design principles. • The ideal candidate has a solid portfolio showcasing their expertise in UI/UX design for digital platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design for digital platforms, with a focus on UI/UX for websites and landing pages. • Knowledge of front-end frameworks and content management systems (e.g., Squarespace, Webflow, WordPress). • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar tools. • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web and landing page design, showcasing an understanding of responsive design, typography, layout, and color theory. • In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices for UX design, accessibility, and web performance optimization. • Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics for effective communication with developers (coding not required). • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively across teams. • Bonus if you have experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and familiarity with Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar tools.
