📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Federal IDRE program • Ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables • Manage daily operations of assigned project/contract area • Mentor and guide team members • Identify efficiencies • Develop processes and procedures that meet compliance regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related healthcare fields required • Master's degree preferred • RN preferred • Minimum of 5 years of clinical or related healthcare experience required • Minimum 3-year management experience required • Healthcare claims review experience required • Knowledge of the Federal No Surprises Act preferred • Experience implementing quality improvement methodology required • Project management and staff supervisory experience required • Ability to read and interpret federal/state programs required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required • Exceptional organizational and project management skills required • Experience with written and electronic documentation review required • Ability to multi-task on multiple contracts/projects required • Willingness to work outside of normal business hours as needed
