📋 Description

• Lead a portfolio of projects including project plan, timelines, financial management, and performance metrics for complex programs. • Plan, manage, and implement changes for new/existing services for smooth transitions. • Communicate program status and risk to stakeholders, holding them accountable. • Establish objectives and success criteria with stakeholders in an inclusive manner. • Provide insight to others on how people, process, technology, and systems impact one another. • Lead collaboration across teams to ensure program processes are rigorous and executed efficiently. • Develop processes around scope and schedule changes for programs impacting broader unit.

🎯 Requirements

• Must have 4 overall years of experience in the field. • Must have minimum 4 years experience with Change Management frameworks and fundamentals, especially with PROSCI ADKAR model. • Must have 4 years experience with Training and Enablement methods and tools. • Must have 4 years experience with Operations Management and Continuous Improvement methods. • Should have awareness and experience in defining and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service-level metrics using tools like Power BI, Excel.
