Description

• Achieve sales targets and activity levels for assigned territory and products • Develop and implement territory plans to achieve sales targets • Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers and clients • Utilize Technical Advisors to influence customers and drive sales • Identify and participate in promotions to maximize sales • Provide technical and sales training to distributors/partners • Ensure product complaint investigations and follow-up requests are handled • Provide corporate sales presentations to relevant consumer groups • Analyze customer data for planning and targeting high-value customers • Maintain a high level of product knowledge

Requirements

• Sales - experience in rural sales is essential • Communication skills – able to convey complex technical ideas • Customer servicing - commitment to meeting customer needs • Influence - ability to work with and influence others • Time management - excellent time management required • Technical expertise - understanding of electronics and high computer literacy
