Description

• The Europe, Russia, Africa & Middle East (EURAM) Technical Lead will be a member of the Global Swine Business Unit. • Specialised, high-level regional veterinary technical support to local companies. • Provide specialised technical support for customers as requested by the local markets in the EURAM region. • Work closely with the EURAM Regional Director, Global marketing and Global Technical Directors to ensure alignment on execution of technical solution strategies in the markets. • Flexibility to travel as and when required to fulfill the principal tasks and responsibilities.

Requirements

• DVM, MSc and/or PhD or equivalent • Significant demonstrable experience in Swine Animal Health and/or Swine production or Academia • Previous technical advisory experience in an animal health company or other relevant industry is desirable • Understanding of Biologicals Industry is preferred • EURAM exposure/experience is preferred • Full proficiency in spoken and written English (proficiency in second major language, such as Spanish, is preferred) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including intercultural, interpersonal and general communication with a natural ability to work in a collaborative team environment • Availability to travel (approx. 50% or more regional travel) • Self-starter, able to work and manage effectively in a fast-paced environment • Strong project management and leadership skills • Experience or proven ability to work in a multicultural environment
