📋 Description
• Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive team. • Manage executive calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements. • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items. • Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO and executive team. • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files. • Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports. • Manage expense reporting and budget tracking. • Oversee special projects and initiatives from start to finish. • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. • Prioritize and screen incoming communication, responding on behalf of executives when appropriate. • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in executive support roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields preferred. • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., ClickUp). • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities. • Discreet, adaptable, proactive, and highly organized.
