• Oversee medium to large-scale objectives ensuring successful delivery. • Foster collaboration and trust among designers, developers, and business stakeholders. • Define and refine workflows and governance models for design system evolution. • Drive internal communications and serve as primary contact for Currency Design System team. • Collaborate with researchers to communicate user insights and findings.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a combined minimum of 7 years education and/or relevant/product design work experience. • Strong track record of managing design or creative projects within a design system or digital product environment. • Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Demonstrated expertise with tools like Figma, Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
