Description

• Enhance CEO efficiency, manage company OKRs, facilitate quarterly leadership offsites, and make key meeting agendas • Assist the CEO in prioritizing and optimizing their time, including preparation for and attendance at meetings • Hold leadership accountable for task completion to achieve company goals, resolving blockers where necessary • Facilitate effective communication between company leaders and the CEO, articulating needs, concerns, and ideas • Identify and address cross-departmental issues, developing solutions to drive company-wide initiatives • Draft internal communications and prepare presentations on behalf of the CEO • Undertake ad hoc cross-functional projects and research as required • Serve as a sounding board for new initiatives, offering insights and strategic guidance

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of professional experience • MBA or equivalent experience; prior work in management consulting or strategic roles in high-growth SaaS startups (150+ employees) preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent project management and presentation abilities • Experience working cross-functionally and directly with C-suite executives • Passion for PR or media industry knowledge is a plus • High emotional intelligence with natural leadership skills • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail • Results-driven mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach • Trustworthy and reliable team player comfortable operating behind the scenes • Able to work EST hours • Willingness to travel on short notice
