📋 Description
• Muck Rack is a leading SaaS platform for public relations and communications professionals. • The role requires collaborative work to improve core components across feature teams. • Work closely with multiple teams, contribute to technical projects, and enhance developer productivity. • Advocate for automation and observability while improving CI/CD pipelines. • Drive engineering best practices and optimize performance.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer. • Strong background in Python and its ecosystem. • Experience with Django or similar web frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, etc.). • Hands-on experience in designing, building, and maintaining microservices. • Experience working with high-traffic, complex web applications or SaaS platforms. • Expertise in optimizing databases such as MySQL (or Postgres) and/or Elasticsearch. • Familiarity with gRPC/protobuf. • Experience with Kafka or related streaming technologies is a plus. • Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration is a plus.
