📋 Description
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the People function • Support a positive and engaging employee experience • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations • Manage and iterate on Mudflap’s total rewards program • Partner with managers to address employee relations issues • Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors • Support employees in resolving questions/challenges
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years in People Operations/Human Resources. Prior experience at a start-up in high-growth mode is a must • Benefits, compensation, and compliance expertise in People systems (Tools we use: ADP WFN, HiBob, Greenhouse, Sequoia Benefits, etc.) • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership • Proven track record of prioritization, being data-driven, and achieving results at a tactical and strategic level • Project management skills to see initiatives from vision to implementation • Demonstrated ability to work independently when needed and exercise good judgment to determine if others need to be brought into the conversation • Tech-savvy and able to quickly pick up new processes and software
