• We’re on a mission to provide equitable access to economic opportunity, for everyone. • We close critical skill gaps in the workforce through a new kind of apprenticeship combining work and learning. • We work with over 1,500 leading companies including Microsoft, Citi and Just Eat. • Join Multiverse and help us set a new course for work. • The AI Technical Lead at Multiverse will drive the development and delivery of AI apprenticeship programmes by enhancing technical expertise among coaches, integrating AI innovations and ensuring high-quality learning experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• An obsessive interest in AI and demonstrable artifacts created using it. • 4+ years of industry experience in AI, Software Engineering or Learning and Development. • Up to date knowledge of the latest developments in AI, and the ability to identify cutting edge use cases for a range of organisations. • Exceptional written and on-camera communication skills, with experience of presenting to large groups virtually and in person. • Demonstrated ROI from working cross-functionally and leading without authority. • Passion for delivering the best learning opportunities and supporting others on their development journey. • An eye for detail with the ability to explain the value of apprenticeships to a range of stakeholders. • Experience in writing reports for senior stakeholders using data from a range of sources. • Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python. • A strong alignment with company values and examples of how you've demonstrated them.
