• Reporting to the Manager, Consulting Services, nurturing strong team and client relationships • Commitment to solving business problems, focusing on value above expectations • Own the client onboarding experience by planning, executing, coordinating client activities • Actively participate in continually improving processes and team initiatives • Support the Client Success Group as a technical resource • Understand client project requirements and design a comprehensive strategy • Connect with clients to execute project plans ensuring client satisfaction • Be the subject matter expert and aid clients with processes • Lead key activities including workflow assessment, workflow optimization, and automations • Facilitate client testing and assist in training users
• Bachelor’s degree/ diploma in a Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience • Experience level: 3-5 yrs in role similar role • Advanced Multiview Software Experience is required • Experience leading innovative and solution-focused outcomes in a collaborative environment • Demonstrated accountability for exceeding client expectations in a business-to-business (B2B) environment • Resourceful and self-motivated, ability to work under minimal supervision and/or strict deadlines, on multiple projects • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to listen, understand, educate, and influence • Demonstrated analytical, organization, interpersonal, problem solving, project management, and change management skills • Strong relationship builder with demonstrated success in building rapport and credibility with the team and clients • Innovative thinker with a growth mindset • Advanced technical and analytical skills in pinpointing usage and specifications of key client automations • Willingness to be coached, mentored and driven to reach your fullest potential • Experience effectively representing Multiview’s values, building and advancing the reputation of the company and its clients.
