Requirements

•University degree (any discipline, STEM preferred). •Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills. •Strong storytelling and presentation skills. •Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and Powerpoint/Google Sheets. •Passionate about delivering outstanding results. •High attention to detail. •Good communication and team collaboration skills. •Experience with chat or voice bot solutions. •Familiarity with platforms like Google DialogFlow, Microsoft PVA, Amazon Lex, IBM Watson, Kore XO, Salesforce Einstein. •Familiarity with programming and query languages such as Python and SQL. •Experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC). •Working knowledge of French.
