Description

• Drive growth and expand presence in Indonesian market for poultry, livestock, and greenhouse industries. • Build and manage customer relationships with key accounts. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities for strategic insights. • Collaborate internally and ensure effective communication between local and global teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in agri-poultry or livestock industry in Indonesia. • Familiarity with ventilation and feeding systems used in poultry and livestock farming. • Proven connections with key decision-makers at leading integrators (e.g., Japfa, CP Indonesia) or their dealers. • Strong business development and sales skills with a focus on controlling system, and solution selling. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. • Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet ambitious growth targets. • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required. • Willingness to travel frequently across Indonesia and occasionally to other countries.
