Requirements

• 1 - 2 years of experience in client operations, business analysis, or a similar role • Proven experience working with large datasets and generating reports, dashboards, and insights • Experience with data visualization tools such as AWS Quick Sights, Tableau, etc. • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) and business intelligence tools • Strong proficiency in data analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, or Python for data manipulation and analysis • Experience with data management practices to ensure consistency, accuracy, and accessibility of information • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from operational data • Experience in performing strategic analysis and making actionable recommendations based on data findings • Excellent communication skills to effectively present data insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams • A self-starter who takes initiative and approaches tasks with a sense of urgency
