• Craft stunning visuals and big ideas for 360 and integrated campaigns • Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and project managers • Work fluidly across channels and platforms • Assist teams with storyboarding and creative direction • Implement feedback from internal and client teams • Proactively track and organize tasks • Maintain positive and professional relationships with staff and clients
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience as an Art Director for an integrated marketing agency • Award-winning or award-worthy portfolio that shows craft and attention to detail • Proven experience developing campaign-level ideation • Must be flexible, adaptable, and calm under pressure • Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines; organized and detail-oriented • Must be even-tempered in interactions with multiple teams on multiple projects • Must be able to prioritize multiple projects successfully
