We are looking for a Cloud IT Support Specialist Ssr to enable our Operations team to reach the next level. The successful candidate is a versatile, results-driven problem solver with an analytical mindset who is ready to work in mostly autonomous manner with accountability and ownership over his/her tasks and responsibilities. The role involves carrying out tasks oriented towards both business and technological goals in research and development. Additionally, the candidate should be able to sustain the team's effectiveness and efficiency by following, delivering, and supporting various initiatives for implementing technologies and processes that enable new business opportunities. Requirements

- University degree in Systems Engineering, Informatics Engineering or related bachelor's level. - Experience working with SaaS services and cloud providers like AWS or similar. - Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. - Experience with Python and Bash for automation and scripting tasks. - 2+ years of experience in technology operations or support or sysadmin roles. - Intermediate oral and written communication skills both in Spanish and English. - Experience working with Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc) or similar (i.e Office Package) - Comfortable working with open communication tools such as Slack and ClickUp. - Experience with data handling, analysis, and reporting. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize as required. - Comfortable with autonomy, prioritizing tasks, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Rises to challenges and/or unfamiliar tasks with enthusiasm and a proactive attitude. - Experience working with vendors or partners. - Familiarity with research and development processes in business.
