• Join Our Data Products and Machine Learning Development Startup! • Mutt Data is a dynamic startup committed to crafting innovative systems using cutting-edge Big Data and Machine Learning technologies. • Looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst Jr to grow the team. • Harness technologies like Spark, Airflow, Kubernetes, MLFlow, Kafka, DBT, Airbyte, DuckDB, Apache Pinot, SQL, and NoSQL. • Collaborate with tech startups and major corporations in Argentina, the United States, Brazil, Colombia, Spain, and Uruguay. • Develop and maintain large-scale production data systems. • Remote-first company designed for a flexible work environment. • Passion for learning new tools and sharing knowledge is valued. • Solve complex problems like building modern Data Stacks and real-time advertising systems.

Requirements

• Quick learner, highly motivated, growth-oriented, with a hands-on and can-do attitude. • Recruitment experience in the Tech industry. Ideally +1-2 years experience. • Candidate experience mindset. • Organized and analytical mindset with a results-driven focus. • Enthusiastic about the challenge of growing a company and constantly seeking excellent talent to join the team. • Willing to act as a thought partner with peers, offering proactive and open suggestions to meet the team's needs. Strong interpersonal skills are a must. • High-energy, multi-tasking team player capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Empathetic and personable, with the ability to effectively convey our company culture to candidates. • Familiarity with Google Suite tools (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, Calendar, etc.) and other productivity tools like Slack, ClickUp, Lever ATS, etc. • Currently pursuing or holding a degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration.
