Description
• Provide first-level technical support to Encompass users via phone, email, and remote desktop. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Encompass loan origination system. • Assist with the configuration and customization of Encompass settings to meet user needs. • Maintain and update user accounts, permissions, and access controls. • Document and track support requests, issues, and resolutions using the help desk ticketing system. • Collaborate with IT and other departments to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. • Conduct user training sessions and create training materials to enhance user proficiency. • Stay current with Encompass updates, new features, and best practices.
Requirements
• Two years recent experience in loan origination system support experience preferred • Previous Mortgage industry experience preferred • Experience with Ellie Mae Encompass LOS preferred • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred • Previous system support experience preferred
