Description

β€’ The Telepharmacy Support Specialist monitors all PipelineRx clients during hours of coverage to ensure all shifts are covered for their entirety. β€’ Assisting the pharmacists on duty with filling orders and triaging client phone calls in order to maximize productivity. β€’ Aid pharmacists with any clinical support and first level technical support during shift times. β€’ Initiate calls to client health care professionals to obtain demographic and clinical information for the pharmacists. β€’ Maintain accurate records of interactions and issues by providing a nightly report during your shift.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum, possession of a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred β€’ Current National Certification & State licenses, required β€’ 1+ years’ as an institutional pharmacy technician β€’ High speed internet, either through cable or fiber service β€’ Effective communications skills, both written and verbal β€’ Demonstrated customer service skills β€’ Strong IT and troubleshooting experience β€’ Proficiency with office technology tools, to include MS Office 2000 or later (esp. Outlook, Excel, and Word), Google drive, internet, and email
