Description

• The Telepharmacy Support Specialist monitors all PipelineRx clients during hours of coverage to ensure all shifts are covered for their entirety. • Assisting the pharmacists on duty with filling orders and triaging client phone calls in order to maximize productivity. • Aid pharmacists with any clinical support and first level technical support during shift times. • Initiate calls to client health care professionals to obtain demographic and clinical information for the pharmacists. • Maintain accurate records of interactions and issues by providing a nightly report during your shift.

Requirements

• Minimum, possession of a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred • Current National Certification & State licenses, required • 1+ years’ as an institutional pharmacy technician • High speed internet, either through cable or fiber service • Effective communications skills, both written and verbal • Demonstrated customer service skills • Strong IT and troubleshooting experience • Proficiency with office technology tools, to include MS Office 2000 or later (esp. Outlook, Excel, and Word), Google drive, internet, and email
