β€’ Perform outbound calling and initiate offline inquiries according to the targets defined by the campaign. β€’ Understand the project procedures and processes on how we engage and provide value to clients. β€’ Knowledge of customer data research. β€’ Engage clients in phone conversations as their potential customers in a casual yet professional manner. β€’ Gather predetermined data about the provider services. β€’ Document conversations with precision and clarity. β€’ Send feedback to stakeholders through masterfully crafted emails. β€’ Keep up with numerous changes in the workplace, including but not limited to, processes, goals, and requirements, and still meet project expectations. β€’ Highly motivated, process-oriented, and driven to meet deadlines and goals. β€’ Keep track of personal productivity and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. β€’ Maintain personal equipment in a tiptop shape to ensure maximum productivity and deliver through goals.

Requirements

β€’ Has proficiency in advanced written and verbal communication skills. β€’ Has at least 1 year of outbound calling experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a work-from-home environment. β€’ Has keen attention to detail and familiarity with the use of several remote work tools. β€’ Has the proven ability to multi-task and think outside the box. β€’ Strong computer skills and knowledge of Google Workspace, ClickUp, Notion, and Salesforce are a plus.
