Description

• The Delivery and Service Analyst supports data management, data reporting, and carrier invoicing. • Work closely with teams to improve efficiencies using gathered data. • Responsible for preparation and auditing of Carrier Invoicing. • Analyze and report on data to provide insights on performance. • Oversee Supply Chain alerts, ensuring communication of new products and best practices. • Develop and implement logistical plans and respond to issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 5-10 years of previous related experience • Highly proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel a must • Experience with SAP and Power BI preferred • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Excellent analytical skills • Experience with financial analysis concepts • Process improvement skills • Ability to use sound judgement and decision making • Flexible, self-motivated, and highly organized • High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines • Ability to work independently and as a team member
