Description

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field (PhD preferred) • 7+ years of experience leading and managing teams • 3+ years of experience managing machine learning engineers and deploying models to production • Proven track record of successfully developing and deploying impactful ML solutions within a specific business context (B2C preferred) • Applied experience deploying NLP solutions (mobile preferred) • Experience with generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) • Extensive experience in deep learning and optimizing training on large datasets • Solid understanding of what it takes to build production ML models at scale within consumer applications • Demonstrated leadership experience working effectively with engineers, data scientists, ML practitioners, and product managers • Strategic thinking and ability to incorporate larger business context into algorithm and product development • Excellent written communication skills and ability to present technical content to non-technical audiences • Proven track record of success and impact working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
