🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, AI development, or a related field • 3+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and VLMs, including fine-tuning and deploying models • Experience building scalable AI pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment • Skilled in model optimization techniques • Strong understanding of MLOps best practices • Comfortable conducting performance monitoring and using AI model evaluation tools • Strong analytical skills to assess model performance • Have a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field
