• We’re Freebird, a fast-growing subscription-based men’s grooming brand on a mission to revolutionize the head-shaving experience. • Our premium products make grooming easier, faster, and more enjoyable for men around the world. • As we scale rapidly, we’re building out our eCommerce and optimization team and are looking for an eCommerce Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Shopify Plus-powered website. • In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects of our website’s daily operations, ensuring it runs smoothly across international markets. • You’ll manage content updates, handle third-party apps like ReCharge for subscriptions, and ensure pricing and tax parity across regions. • You’ll also work closely with our CRO team to support testing and optimizations that enhance performance. • This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the Shopify ecosystem and loves working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce operations, preferably with Shopify Plus. • Strong knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem, including app integrations (e.g., ReCharge for subscriptions, review tools, and other third-party apps). • Experience managing international eCommerce operations, including handling pricing parity, tax compliance, and localized checkout experiences. • Proven ability to manage content updates, product launches, and promotional campaigns in a fast-paced environment. • Experience supporting CRO initiatives, including the implementation of A/B tests and optimizations. • Familiarity with subscription management platforms (preferably ReCharge) and experience improving subscription retention and performance. • Strong technical proficiency in website troubleshooting and app management. • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-focused environment, with a proactive approach to managing tasks and solving problems.
